Won't start after engine cleaning

It's a 92 LS400. Well, sprayed some engine foam cleaner on and rinsed it down with a hose sprayed lightly. Went to try to start it afterwards and it choked a bit and that was it. Every crank after that the engine turns but is not catching. Started a run back check and no electrical from the plug wires. Tried the distributer next and also no power. Tried the squared looking 2X3" box next to the distributer and no power is coming from it either. Checked all fuses and rechecked again to make sure and all fuses are ok. All instrument light up and work fine. Just the engine isn't starting. Any of you guys know whats up? I need some help first before I start tearing into it deeper. At this point I'm assuming it's an electrical problem. Dealer is last resort.

Let the engine sit for a while until the water/moister dry up and try again. Check the ignitors.
