The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
That isnt a valid part number. The 89661 is for all toyota ECU. The 50 is celsior and there should be three after this which is the ECU identifaction number. I would suspect you have an early series ecu which has the 26/16/22/26 pin configuration and the wiring for this can be found in the " engine specs and diagrams" found at the bottom of the page.
