What's everybody else getting for MPG roughly in their 1UZ engines? i've done some reading and seen the high way numbers being 23 but im running around 26 cruising at 120KMH.

That depends on what car the 1UZ is in. Even the complete stock LS400 and SC400 will have different MPG. The difference could be because of the weight, gearing, tires, and the conditions of the car. For example, the LS400 has better MPG than the SC400 due to its better gearing at high end. If I remember correctly, it can run 70 mph at 2200 RPM, while the SC runs 70 mph at 2500 RPM.

Sorry, I meant to imply the LS, so yeah, mpg @ the ls400 anybody?

Depends.
Gas hog when cold. Forget it on one mile trips. 15-18mpg.
Around a highway circuit I can get from 26-29mpg. Depends on the phase of the moon =)
My driving is calibrated by a Scangauge (OBDII plugin that allows real-time MPG monitoring)
Completely stock, down to the tires and air filter.
