Okay this is kinda weird, but at 2000-2200 RPM's my car runs rich. The wideband goes to 12:1 and stays there.

If I change my SAFC settings to lean, it'll go back and forth on the gauge, super lean then super rich.

Then it'll go to 12:1.

I'm thinking it's my o2 sensors since I've never replaced them, and I've got about 300,000 on the poor girl.

Removed FMU, disconnected o2 sensors. Replaced ECU, same issue

Nothing, not a dang thing.

Does it still have its cats? Altezzas (IS200 or sportcross to you guys I think) did the same thing when guys played with the exhausts. The average person never noticed but "drivers" could tell it was there. Are you getting anything strange happening in the ECU live data?

Thanks for the reply.

My car hasn't had cats since I've owned it, so I don't think its a problem.

My car is OBDI, not really a way for me to tell. I can see sensors data via SAFC though. KMV and TPS seem normal, my car though is a jerking you can for sure feel.

I disconnected the KMV sensor and the car drove perfect. Hopped onto the highway and car pulled pretty good.

So either a vacuum leak or maybe a bad KMV sensor.

LoL

FMU = Fuel Management Unit AKA Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Regulator AKA RRFPR

TPS = Throttle Position Sensor

OBD I = On Board Diagnostic I

AFR = Air Fuel Ratio

SAFC = Super Air Flow Converter (Aftermarket piggy back ecu controller)

KMV = Karmen Vortex Sensor
