Valvebody shift quest??

I recently did the valvebody upgrae on my GS4 and have an is this normal question.I understand the increase in line pressure and the hard engage from P to D but my question is on the shift my 2-3 shift is very hard.I mean really really hard.Ive been told this is norm. but sometimes it shift soft and sometimes it hammers into gear.Anyone have any experience with this I just want to be sure before I do some harm.Thanks

I also have this experience initially and wasnt used to it. I can really feel the shift and really dislike it initially but now i am used to it and it felt really good when WOT acceleration. My valve body was modified by IPT. John did a great job on it.

Thanks for the info.I dont mind the hard shift I just needed to know it was normal.If im in the throttle when it shifts it feels great but if I let off right before the shift it is very hard.Does this sound like yours?

Yes it does but now its little better. Where did u get your VB done?

Its better now for couple of reasons.

1. The pressure is stablized or the system is broken in

2. I am used to the hard shift.
