UZ Trans.. please help

My uz engine got it from Japan , they lock a 180 km./hr. To unlock I have to use APEXi RSM REV speed Is that right?

And My transmission , My 1st gear doesn't shift to the second gear if I do full throttle body but for the normal drive , it shift but not perfect shift still have to wait couple second to shift and my transmission just rebuilt and this happen before and after I rebuild transmission

You don't have to use an Apexi RSM but you have to use some form of Speed Cut Defender. The Apexi RSM does more than just remove the speed cut.
