Guys,

This is one of my staffs and I have a great story to share with you. My massage tharapist showed me some pictures of her previous life and my jaw dropped. Currently she is weighting at 103 lbs. She is about 5' 9.5". Very petite. She disclosed to me that she was 180 lbs. only 12 months ago. I was like "WHAT?" I am only 195 so I am only about 15 lbs heavier that she once was. However, I am 5' 11" with medium to large frame. So I asked her what did she do to loose so much weight. She replied with humbleness in her eyes. "I just exercise and eat less". For 12 months she lost over 77 lbs. What is basic but yet fundamentally sound program she was able to loose and keep off excessive weight. Here are some pictures to proof her transformantion:

Before at 180 lbs:

With 77 lbs. under her belt, her outlook in life is totally different now. Eat your heart out Jared!!!!!

Weightloss is so simple it's not funny, but people lack the will to pursue the results most of the time.

As you'd agree David it's basic maths: Take in more energy than you expend = weight gain. Take in less than you expend = weight loss. That's the only secret, no infomercial gadgets required. The only difference is the rate different people burn energy (metabolism), it's easier for some than others.

Big thumbs up for her doing the hard yards!

I'm getting hungry people!!! Cheesecake anyone? Pint of ice cream perhaps? Pizza and beer?... KFC and MacDonalds sounds good no?...

Yes , losing weight can be very simple if you choose to eat healthy non fattening foods.... A little excersie doesn't hurt either..

Jenny Craig and weight watchers to the rescue.... Life is about discipline and if you don't have some form of discipline when choosing what you eat regularly you can become a worthless slob...

Good for this girl...

This is a GREAT story. Someone that overcame MANY physical, emotional/pschycological hurdles and achieved what a huge percentage of Americans can not seem to accomplish. She has my congratulations!

As alluded to above the biggest problem with weight control is mind control. We all have our weaknesses and strengths but a weight issue is very public. At 6 foot and 195lbs I have been lucky to not face this battle but my mother and sisters and many relatives have and currently are.

FYI,

This young lady works for me. So if you guys would like to meet her, contace me.

Would love to. To bad I am clear across the country in hell, I mean Florida (might as well be hell for how hot and humid it is).......

Deffinitly a big congrats to her. Like others have pointed out, its easy to do physically if you have the mental capability. Again, big congrats!!!!!!!

Be really careful with those things. If you look carefully on the commercial, for about 10 seconds they have text that says "Results NOT typical."

Not even that they may vary.... but that the results JUST AREN'T TYPICAL.
