Is a torsen unit 1 way, 1.5 or 2 way ?

The 1UZFE EGR Delete Kit is available for sale here.
Not really relevant as its not a clutch pack diff. Like the clutch packs though, it requires a "reference torque" to work (e.g. both wheels have to have some traction for it to work).

Unless you want to be a drifter, the Torsen/Quaife type are probably best for the street. The 1-way clutch pack type is arguably best for all out racing, though you have to rebuild them periodically (was a good back to back comparison of the racing use of all the types in "Sports Car" last year). Drifters probably want a "1.5 way" or "2 way" to make the car slide around as much as possible.
