Still need help!!!

Hi guys I am still in need of info on sc400 us spec .Does any one have an original sale brochure from the early 90's which has performance specs and tech info on emmisions. this is important as with out this info we may not be able to use lexus engines in our cobras and gt 40s anymore we have to convince the dot that they have the same emmisions as a Japanese spec engine.
