stereo help!

ok guys so im going to change all the speakers in my 95 sc400 and I am wondering why it is so dificult to get the covers off and get at the speakers.please help before I destroy something.

You really can take off the speaker cover. The cover is mold into the interior panel themselves. So you have to take the whole inside door panel off then you'll see speaker.
