i have a 1994 ls400. the up/down motion is controlled eletronically. when i push the button the engine runs, but it sound like it is grinding. its horrible driving with the steering wheel up. anyone know how to take this apart and fic it becuase i do not want to pay lexus $$$ to fix it. it just sounds like it is off track.
