Spigot Bush or Spiggot Bearing.

I am about to replace my clutch and flywheel on the 1UZ. I will be replacing the spiggot bush, but undecieded if I will use a bush again or a bearing. Any thoughts on the best way to go? It has to be reliable as to remove the gearbox to get to it, the motor and gearbox as one unit to be remove from the car.

Go for a bearing, never had any problems with mine. From memory it's a 6201.
