HELP!!!!
Recently my autobox (341E) has been acting up. It started with some 'jumping' of the rev needle in 2nd and 3rd. Then today after some hard driving I lost 2nd and 3rd completely.
I changed to the diagnostic mode of the controller of the gearbox. The mode shows which solenoids are activated by the controller via LED's on the dash. The lights clearly showed that although the controller was activating the second solenoid, it isn't functioning.
So where next? How easy is it to remove/service/replace the solenoid?
I have only removed the tranny pan once before and saw 4 solenoids (or so i assumed), any idea as to which one I should be looking to swop out?
