As promised... i have done it.. this time.. its much better then the one i made and took less time. Here some pictures....

okay i don't undersatnd a few things.

1) what's with the flange at the rear? another turbo? joining of the other header?
2) why were the original headers concept copied rather than improved on? was there no room to make a short 4into1 style header?
3) why aren't you making mine for me?

they look good though, inspiration to do mine.

Looking good, an interesting way of packaging a single turbo!

What material? If mild, how are you going to support the turbo? Mild gets saggy when really hot... where is the exhaust going to be routed?

The sale was on and off, but in the end,the life of my car was cut short 2 weeks ago when it was totaled by a civic. I still have my 1UZ to build on though, and ill probibly use the header on either a new LS i buy or in a 1UZ swap.

How wide is the pipe? Lotsa pipe to go through....
