Service Manual Scans?

Does anyone have a scanned copy of the 1uzfe service manuals? I'm assuming there is a base manual with additional manuals for each year. Is this correct? I've got a '96 1uzfe if that helps at all.

If nobody has a manual scanned, how much will one cost from Lexus/Toyota? Are there any 'favorable' dealers to go to down here in the South Bay area (Torrance)?
