Parts SC 430 Motor and Trans

Hi

Anyone interested in a 2002 Lexus 430 engine and 5 speed auto trans. Combo has only done 16,000 miles (25,700 k's)? Engine has vvti. No computer, but can run a Link which will also provide programmable vvti cut in point.

I'm in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I'm looking for $CAD 2,000 for the lot plus shipping. I will crate and deliver to the shipper free.

Can you price shipping of motor only to NZ please - trans no good to me without ECU - that way MORRIS could have the trans. Two people could have what they want. cheers

THats a great idea, thanks for suggesting it. I have a guy in MD with a trans and no valve body but I figured the more opetions the better.

OK. Here's the deal. I will split them if I sell both. ENGINE $1800, trans $400. Torque converter stays with the trans.

Freight extra for both.

That is a good deal. I stopped by a seller from Ebay which is pretty local to me. He has a thrown rod/s GS430 engine and he wanted $2,500. I told him the only good about that motor are parts above the heads.

Throw rod/s means the block is gone along with heads. Visuable cracks in the oil pick up pan. So your engine is very good deal. I offered him $500 for the bad engine.....LOL.... I know that is how much its worth.

Guys, I have some pics, will get them on here over the weekend. I bought the motor from a guy in Vancouver who had a car that had been flooded, he needed all of the chassis electrics. The car was a wreck from California, the odo showed only 16XXX miles. There is some light damage to the intake runners on the top, and the rh cam belt cover. You will see that in the photos. I have a 400 motor in my Cobra replica (just getting 2x turbos), supra 5 speed, so I do know just a little about these motors. The 430 motor was going to be in my 32 Ford coupe, but I've had a change of direction. There is a TRD supercharger on EBay that looks like it would bolt on. If anybody is worried that it must be stuffed because it is too cheap, I can put the price up to make you feel better. I can put it up a lot to make you feel really good, but I'm just trying to give someone a good deal. ps Lextreme, I've been in this forum for years, even contributed some early tech advice on Supra 5 speed conversions. So, the motor and trans is definitely for sale right now.
