If by stock you mean untouched bottom end, the furthest I would take it would be a 8000rpm redline, maybe an 8500rpm if you need that extra bit to cross over the finish line without changing gears.
But you'll need some cams and a ECU to make power up there.
Even revving them to stock 6500 is borderline pointless on a stock ecu, stock cams.
With a custom bottom end and valve train, I've heard of some NZ stockcars beyond 10,000rpm
