Ive been having some problems with these two lately and I'm really not having much luck in trying to fix them. In all honesty, I would really just rather remove them both. Now, mechanically, the removal is not a problem, I can pull the traction contol pump, actuator, accumulator and lines, switch the throttle cables around, remove the butterfly valve, etc; and pretty much do the same thing with the brakes, remove everything and reroute some of the hardlines. I would think the brakes would work fine afterwards, just no abs, right? What I'm more worried about is the electrical components, I would think that the safest way to go would be to leave the abs and trac ecu's, fuses, relays, etc all in place and just remove the bulbs from the warning lights on the gauge cluster because the abs and trac warning lights will obviously be on non stop. Does anyone have any opinions or advice or know of any problems I would have? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

they are there for safety reason

best is to get it fixed professionally

if its too expensive then buy a cheaper car to run

traction is not an issue but abs saves lives why get rid of it
