relay trouble

hi all,
just starting to wire up the 1uz in my E30.
i have made a bit of sense from some posts already on here about how to go about it. few things im stuck on is the relays. the main relay seems easy enough as its already been explained but the injection and start relays have me at a loss. what does the injection relay do? what does it get wired to? and what wire controls the starter solenoid for the starter relay? any help at all will be much appreciated!!

never use an injector relay
find main ign from the key and run it to the injector/coil power think its a green wire on the bmw
this will make sure yr enigne turns off if u get feedback

starter works thru the key
u turn key it sends power to the starter solenoid sometimes thru a relay
u need to find the std bmw starter wire and connect it to the 1uz
if its auto u need inhibitor hooked up too

anyway soemone on here said its only 7 wires to get it working
