R154 Questions

I have managed to get myself a MkIII supra that is a manual so I am going to take of the gearbox and then sell the rest for parts,
Can someone tell me what I should take to make the conversion as easy as possible?

well the only bits you need if its going in a v8 soarer is the box, shifter and prop.
the rest is unused in most of the v8 conversions. keep the slave cylinder and stuff though. I think the bellhousings you can buy from ebay.com use the r154 slave instead of a concentric bearing
