Pieces of the puzzle for a V160

Alright fellas I need your help. I need to figure out what pieces to use when trying to swap the SC4 to a V160 6speed. These are the things that are need that I know that are rarely mentioned, And what i Need to know is what car to get them from so I can press ahead for with swap

Spigot Bushing
Throwout Bearing
Slave cyclinder & push Rod
release bearing
*Clutch Fork
Pivot Ball
Tailshaft?
Tranny Mounts

And if theere is any other pieces I am missing can someone help me out?Thanks

Clutch
Pressure plate
Flywheel
Will be from a 3sgte celica or MR2.
Driveshaft will be shortened as well.

Spigot Bushing........Not 100%, but I think it's stock MKIV Supra

Throwout Bearing.... Not 100%, but I think it's stock MKIV Supra

Slave cyclinder & push Rod ...Stock MKIV Supra, slave cylinder rod can be custom made with a grade 8 bolt, and an angle grinder. It's what I use to imporve the on/off area of the clutch, and I call it custom

release bearing....... Unsure, either stock MKIV Supra, or Stock 3s-gte

*Clutch Fork....... Stock MKIV Supra

Pivot Ball......... Stock MKIV Supra

Tailshaft?........ Stock MKIV Supra

Tranny Mounts .... Stock MKIV Supra

And we've already talked about the clutch : )
