OBD2 position on lexus conversion

I have a Lexus V8 conversion in 2003 Grand Cherokee Jeep. It is the Toyota Ecu but i have no idea how to connect the diagnostics reader to the OBDll.

That is the obd for the original car, what can I do?

Not all 1UZ's are OBDII.

Can you tell us what the came out of and the age of it.

If you purchased the engine and don't know what it came out of the spark plug leads may still have the production date on them.
