I got in my vehicle which is a 93 Lexus SC400 and went to crank and just got a click it's a single click so replace the starter and still get just a click

The click you're hearing is most likely the starter motor not getting enough power to crank the engine over. Things to check:-
1) Battery is fully charged and in good health. LA battery ~ 12.8V no load.
2) Resistive or loose battery treminal or lead on the -ve or +ve side from the battery.
3) Faulty Starter.
4) Engine siezed.
