Hows it going over there? Very excited for you! im almost done preping my car for the nitrous, msd ignition should be here by the end of the week, then on to purchasing the nitrous. cant wait to hear how it goes for you though

The kit looks good, but i'm about to go on holidays, so it will have to sit there for 2 weeks.

I've got an etra fuel rail and plastic hose that connects the plenum to the MAF, as i need to drill and tap both of these. Fuel rail on the airbox side is where i'm taking the fuel from, nitrous fogger goes in a few inches from the plenum and nitrous bottle in the boot.

All i need to do is put them all in. That will take me the most time, ie a few hours in and under the car. Then i have to play with the elctrics.....

Padey,

Did you ever install the zex I just received mine and wondered how the insulation went and if you had any tips. Any info would be appreciated.

Hey, good deal I am running a dry 100 shot on my 1992 sc400 and have been loving it for over a year no problems. What kind of spray shot are you going for 50, 100, 150? Go with the 15lb bottle if you can you will thank me later. They last twice as long as the 10lbs. Although, you can really juice up the 10lbs but you will be changing them out like crazy and at $40 a charge it can get pricy. Hit that GREEN BUTTON and feel the power!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, make sure you don't run lean, get a walbro fuel pump, and I also suggest cool temp nos autolite plugs. Good luck

Did you know that nos systems are very safe and the bottles can't blow and if you get a leak you won't catch fire, gasaline is much more flamable then nos believe it or not. Atleast that is what the nos guys told me at the super shop.

Jibby,

That sucks I bought a Zex dry shot but the guy said my car was one of the few cars it would not work on so I sold it on ebay and bought a zex wet kit with a 75 and 125 shot. My car is basically stock, but over Christmas I'm modifying the exhaust by removing the cats. I the near future I would like to get the lexone piggyback ecu, high stall torque converter, and depending on traction maybe a limited slip deferential. Out of the modifications you did which ones were the biggest bang for the buck and effort.

Yep, I was once was where you are at now. Pad up the back account because it's going to get ugly. However, your car will motor pretty well if you do those mods you just mentioned. I did them all and then some. Exhaust is big, cat and mufflers, torque converter is everything, and piggyback will kill you at the pumps. Have fun, I know I did and still am!!!!
