New to Toyota/Lexus

Hello everyone, My names Carson and I just recently purchased a sc400. Bought it for 3000 with 158,000 miles on it. To give a little bit of history about myself, im 18 and I used to drive a nissan 240sx. I do alot of autocross races. 240 had a little exhaust leak... and well leaked into the cabin and gave me carbon monoxide poisoning. So now the 240s on the side of the house planning to be sold. So it sum it up, im happy with the sc. Planning to use the money from the 240 to fix some problems on the sc. So this thread isnt a complete failure of amusement heres a picture of my sc.

Welcome! Also the leak must have been EXTREMELY bad!

Welcome aboard!
At that mileage, your SC won't leak the exhaust. LOL. You may have a complete tuneup on the SC to make it trouble-free. Then you can stiffen up the suspension for drifting.

Oh yes suspension work will be the first thing done after everything is fixed. Right now Im in need of a new windshield, need to fix the radio, fix up the interior a bit. This is just my daily driver for the moment, but like I said it wont stay a virgin forever.

Ok so to get this straight, the car has an exhaust leak and instead of just fixing it for like $20, you buy a whole new car?

I should of explained a little bit more, just the exhaust leak seemed to catch the most interest. The car was my daily, in the recent months I replaced the suspension with Tein super drifts... this making a inconvenience in driving places. Car was too low, now your gonna say I could of raised it. Well the day that I was about to adjust everything I was welcomed with 3 broken windows. The car just had problems and was going to need alot of money. So I decided I might as well pick up my dream car.
