I am planning on installing a 3uzf motor I have into my tacoma and am unable to find any info on it!! PLease HELP!!!

First, welcome to Lextreme, 2nd just a word of advise - it's not necessary to post basically the same post in five different places on the forum. Find the best area that suits what you're about to do and/or what others have done, and post there.
In your case, the Offroad section seems to have the most information on UZ to Tacoma swaps, so I've moved this thread there, and deleted the rest of your posts.
Now, on the 3UZ, it's a relatively new engine (for us hotrodders) and is still pretty expensive to acquire, so it doesn't have a huge following yet.
Mods: The UZ family share lots of parts and fitment, so for example, the headers you find on eBay for the 2UZ Tundra engine will probably fit.
You have very weak rods in that engine. If you plan on high RPM, or boost, you'll need to change them.
Bullet in Australia make a supercharger kit for it which will take a variety of PD type superchargers, and probably Lextreme's "Fish" bracket could be adapted to work for a centrifugal SC.
Turboing is a possibility, but it'll be pretty much custom fabrication. There are twinturbo "kits" available, but none AFAIK from a reputable vendor.
These are not SBC's or LSx motors, so much of the go-fast stuff has to be custom fabricated ($$$$) so get ready.
Schematics and manuals: From your profile, you seem to be well connected, so look into a subscription for Toyota's TIS system. It's an electronic library of nearly all technical documents that Toyota publishes. Here you'll find all the schematics you'll possibly need.
