Manually Adjusting Power Seats & Column Tilt

Problem...

I've started stripping my uzz30 and forgot to take seats and steering column stuff out before disconnecting all harnesses... is there anyway of moving them manually? or is there a specific place I can apply some battery power to, to get them to move?

Do you have the line that feeds the fuse box from the battery still attached?

is that on the engine harness side or the body harness?

body harness. It will have a 4 gauge or 6 gauge line that routes from the bottom of the fuse box to the battery "positive" terminal. Energize this with a battery and you should be able to move the seats.

No worries white_raven, if the battery doesnt do it, check fuse box, and the fuse panel under the driver side dash.
