To make it boost you would have to increase the size of the crank pulley. This inturn would make the blower spin faster for which its not designed.
Its hard enough getting a resonable amount of boost from a M90 on a 1uz.
I wouldn't waste money on it.
Look for something around the size of a M112 or similar.
