LS 460 and the 2UZFE Comp. Ratio

i saw the ls460 engine which is 4.6L v8 and it has 11.8:1 compression ratio which produes 380 hp.. what about the 2uzfe and it has 9.6:1 compression ration..

what happenes if we modified the 2uzfe 4.7L V8 engine with 11.8:1 pistons.. is it possible? and what modification we need to accomplish that ?

It should be ok with higher compression on the 2uzfe. Perhaps you can also stroke it along with high compression.
