LED 3rd brake light conversion

Hey guys, on my quest to convert everything on my car to LED i decided to tackle my 3rd brake light, seemed easy because that light only has on and off. Here are some pictures, it was VERY easy to do this. I bought my 9" LED strip off of ebay. Anything larger than 9" will not fit, i even had to sand down part of the board to fit my 9" in. Any questions are welcome as always!

Does anyone know what spec resistor i need to put on that line so my "burnt tail light bulb" warning light will turn off?

PS. I am doing a write up on how to change the LEDs on the window switches on the doors, it is very easy, im changing mine to blue and MUCH brighter, they were never bright enough for me IMO, so that will be coming soon also
