knocking valves

I've one unusual problem: knocking valves in 1UZ. Clearances in valves are increase and thay are: in output valves - about 0,38 mm, in input - about 0,35 - 0,4 mm. What's a problem? Has anybody such troble?

2 lex:i know that there are 32 pieces and all of them has own clearance. But i don't want 2 bring here all values of clearance. I've a question - why clearance increased? Is it the snuff in the valves? Or wear-out? And wear-out of what?
