keeping heat away from belts. ? for those turbo

so for those of you that have a front mounted turbo.. how do u keep the heat away from the belts?

Ceramic coating and some heat shields..
If your real clever with fabing things??
A carefully cutout side of stainless steel pot with enough left of the bottom to attach to cra turbine bolts.. Polished up .. No one would know!!!
