Ins and outs of the factory fuel tank?

Hi guys just making up a new fuel system for the soarer that we are working on.

There are three holes on the bottom of the fuel tank.Two are right next to each other and the other is about 1 foot away from them.

I need to know which one is the fuel supply, return and breather.
