I need help for my project corolla 1UZ

Hello everybody:

I need your advices to realice my new Drag project.
I want to do a Toyota Corolla AE86 with 1UZ Turbo Charged.

The thing is i want to know what stuff i need to make this project stronger and faster. Around 9-8 sec.
About engine: what kind of modifications i need to make it powerfull.
And Chasis: things to perform it in traction, suspensions.


Please help me, i´m very interested in this project, beacuse here in my country (Dominican Republic) the Most popular race engine for AE86 are 2JZGTE and i want to innovate with 1UZ and make it popular too.

Please i will appreciate too much your advices.

tub the rear, drop in a four-linked and shortened hilux LSD, adjustable shocks and spring heights, full cage, lightening etc, along with way too much horsepower and you might get 8s out of it, if you can keep it straight. good luck.
