Is it Ok or No ??

- If you pull full throttle after slowly moving in 35 Km/h the trans will get in 2nd Not in 1st .
- If you start from 0 in L position you will get 1st followed with 2nd .
- Also if you are going in 80 km/h then move the shifter to L (O/D is off) you will get 2nd only .

Because this my second tranny with the same problem .
By the why I have check the linkage to the shifter .

doesnt sound right, but I'd be more inclined to say the cars auto trans ecu...

the last one sounds right, you really dont wanna be down gearing to 1st at 80km/hr

your second point, when does the trans change from first to second?

In the 1st I can get ~70 km/h.
And ok , if I shift in 1st while I'm going at 80 km/h .. other tranney will do nothing till you reaches ~65 km/h then goto 1st

Also I forget to mention that if its in N and you rev the engine high … it will start moving !!!
Any one can explain why ?? the tranny oil level is good !!

Are you on an incline or decline? I believe it's because the gears are still moving so the built-up friction is causing the gears to move the car ever so slightly.

This is the reason why you can push and jump-start your car; not something i'd recommend since it grinds the gears.

These auto trannies suck.... The ECU sends tranny codes to and when to shift, it seems your codes being sent to the transmission are a bit skewed..

Try replacing your ECU, other non practical suggestions for you - you can also try upping your line pressure and maybe consider getting a manual shift kit if all else fails...

Change your tranny fluid first with a good sythetic fluid and see if that helps........

1) This is normal, if you push PWR it will drop into L
2) If the shifter is in L, the tranny will not shift into 2nd
3) This is normal.
