The head and the block is over..... Now u need a new set of pistons, rods, block and heads. What is your plan? Build it up again? Why did the valves dropped?

I think he siad he had an LS400 motor.

It was the GS motor. I'm replacing it with the LS motor now. Apparently all I need is 1 piston and block and heads, the rods can handle hydrolock it seems, and appear to have survived. Along with 7 of the pistons. Too bad you have to buy them in multiples of 4.
