How hot do you let your engines get?

When I'm driving at track, and my engine reaches about 106 degrees celcius, I cool it down and get of the track.
I noticed Fugly wrote that he ran it till 115 degrees.

What do you think is the limit for what the engine can handle?
Of course with the correct fluid and a system that can handle the pressure.

With my N/A 1UZ i competed in many burnout comps, coolant temp regulary saw between 110degrees c to 120degrees c, soon as the coolant temp got this high i would finish the burnout straight away while driving off temp would start dropping back to its normal running temp of 90degrees c, never lost any coolant which is important, did regular compresion tests, didn't seem to hurt the engine.
