1980 4x4- more mods then i care to list, been through enough to make that topgear vid look like they went easy on it (which i think they did)

so the reason im here is the stouts and LS400. yep you guessed it, im gonna use the LS as a donor for the stout. really dont know much about EFI systems but im reading (this site kicks ass btw). more questions right now then answers, but most of em are covered already so im not gonna ask em. plan to swap the whole harness over to the stout, it only came with about 80ft of wire in it total, so its just easier to not hack the LS harness and use the provided wires for stuff i need like the heater and lights.
still a couple months away from really starting on this project, but this site is makin my mouth water for it.
like i said, dont know much if anything about EFI, know carbs and classic yota's very well. im a fan of "sink or swim" so thats why my first EFI build will be a 1uz stout, why F around.
the only real question i have right now is...
i read on the web that there is a carb intake for a 1uz, is this true? if so where was it released (country)
