Okay so I have a question:

What is an H and V gate shifter?

I am guessing H-pattern is the standard manual gear box and Vertical Gate is some sort of sequential shift but how does it actuate?

Do you nudge forwards for each gear you want to go up and nudge backwardds for each gear you want to go down?

Or is it like the layout of a auto box where by you nudge forwards to go up a gear and then you nudge further forwards for the next gear?

I hope my description is clear. I tried a bit of googling but only find people talking about using one and not how it is used. What are the disadvantages and advantages of both?

I am looking at these and the GF2000 seems damn strong, but I cam confused about the vertical gate shifter and how it operates:

If it is clutchless, where does neutral sit? Is it much like a motorbike gearbox?
