GS400 or GS430

I am up for a new car, but dont want any more car payments therfore I will be getting a second hand GS class. I am debating between GS400 Vs. GS430. My final goal would be putting in a 5.0 Liter 1UZFE into the GS body( Resleeve and Stroke). Possible FI. The GS430 will cost little more, but I have heard GS400 is very good too. What do u guys think?

GS430 got upgrade tail lights and alittle more electronice gadgets. I would go for it.

GS 430 w/Mark Levinson sound system....my GS 430 is speed governed at 149 mph..I've had it over 130 and drives like a dream at that speed.

I'd say take em both for test drives or at least take a seat in both of em. Often times there is something small in a car that makes you know that is the one. Ex - I much prefer the <03 Mercedes S class to the 03+ because of the center console, would never have thought that would be the case until i sat in both. If you are gonna be upgrading the engine though, keep in mind ur findings with the GS block you had, not nearly as good as the 1uz..

I want to put in a 5.0 liter uzfe. I dont really care for the goodies from the new GS. I will swap out the 4.0 VVti to 5.0 VVti.
