GLOVERMAN - I think I figured it out. When I first removed the timing belt, I noticed that both cams were lined up on another indicator mark, the one "before" "T" mark, but not on the "T" mark. When I put on the new belt, I moved the cams over to the "T" mark, could this be the source of my problem? Thanks in advance.

Could be. I will try and get some time to pull the covers of one of my motors at work and that a photo for you. That should be the easiest way to explain. might take me a few days. Cheers

Thanks a bunch mate.

Cheers!

Hey Glove:

Good News!! It's a done deal, the problem was lining up the cams at the wrong timing mark. I've repositioned the cams to the original marks, fired it up and problem solved. THANKS again for your input, much appreciated so you won't have to go to the trouble of looking at your cams for me. THANKS again, and have a nice one mate.

Cheers!
