Getting rid of 1uz overflow coolant header tank

Hi all, i'm thinking that in my coversion i'll run the original cars radiator and not the celsior one.

So I wont be running the 1uz overflow/coolant header thank setup.

There was a pipe on the left side of the engine, 10mm or so, that used to go to the header tank.
What do I do with this pipe?
