Fuel ratio with intake and exhaust?

I am putting on and intake system and Y-pipe exhaust system on my 1994 SC400. With these two mods do I need to do anything to the fuel system? Fuel pressure riser? I know I need to reset the computer after the install. Thanks.

Resetting would be good. The stock fuel pressure regulator is not adjustable.
