does any one know how to get the steering wheel hub

does anyone were i can get the hub for this
called some shops and they said they would get back 2 me (sure).
if anyone has any ideas could u let me know thanks

It says in the description:

The hub looks suspiciously like a MOMO unit.

All MOMO hubs are made with a stretched alloy frame that deforms on impact. It will collapse up to 75mm.
