Do ignitors differ between different years?

I have a 1uz which is from a 92 LS400 and am almost finished the conversion into my 4x4. Just noticed that the plugs in the loom for the ignitors look different to the plug on the ignitor body & won't fit together correctly. Or are they just a really tight fit? Do these differ from year to year & if so, where would i buy the appropriate ones??

yes there are differences early and late. They work the same but have different plugs. Luckily toyota used the same ignotors on other cars so corolla and corona ones are the same - cheers

i have afew ignitors

the ignitor has a big 3 digit number on it

as long as they match

some are even of an mr2

are u missing some

let me know which ones u need and ill figure out a price

Thanks guys, the motor is from a 92 LS400. The ignitors in the picture are just the ones the wrecker gave me with the car. The 3 digit number is '123' so im assuming the number on the ignitors i need will be different...

Would you have some to suit Sideshow? What would they be worth with postage to melbourne?
