Hey guys, so I have decided as I am completely rebuilding my rear subframe, I wouldn't want to leave those poor rear diff bushings out! Here is what i have done:

1. Made tools to press out old bushings
2. Burnt out the metal parts (sleeve and 'bucket' if you will)
3. Sent parts for metallic ceramic coating
4. Poured my own polyurethane to make a much more solid and robust mount.

What I did to pour:

1. Measured the offset from the bottom of the bucket to the sleeve, I believe it was 0.150". I found something that I was able to use to fill the bottom portion with wax. With the bucket sitting on a nickle, it was perfect.
2. I poured the urethane into the cavity.
3. I let the urethane harden, then I melted out the wax, and filled the other side up too.

I will take pictures as soon as I press these bad boys back in! I think I will be using some sort of bonding agent when I cast my next set for the subframe bushings. I will post on those too.

Here is the final product. Used my new press to push them back in :)

You can also see the final product of the subframe bushing project. Just got the other parts in to start the other pair of subframe bushings. I will post on those as well!
