Code 13

Hello, i just got code 13 on my 1990 LS 400,,read the code and it said Rpm signal,i have no idea to what it is , can some pls healp or if anyone had same proble... the car runs but sometimes it shutsoff and it keep acting like if is going to dhutoff again . dont know what to do hlep :confused

I just read a post 2 or 3 threads up. I had the problem too and it seems to be the left hand cam sensor and the right hand sending conflicting signals due to the belt jumping one tooth. So i would check timing to see if thats the issue!
