Have got the tbucket to run, however at this time our alternator has died. My question is how sensitive is the ECU to a low battery, (12.5 volts). Started with a new batery for start up and as soon as it dropped to around the 12-12.5 volt mark the engine will not start. cranks over fires but won't go. With a good charge the car will run, has anybody got the specs on the ecu for its operating range? I ahve cars drop below 12 that would still run this just seems too sensitive to the low voltage.
We have got a new alt but not fitted yet. I am just wondering if others have had this iisue?
