car won't start

hey I was wondering if somebody could point me in the right direction, I was driving my 94 ls home and the car lost engine power , my lights,radio,doors still working, after I pulled over and turned it off after that the car wouldn't start again,the car will turn over but will not fire up?...any suggestions.

Start checking fuses.

Most likely a blown fuse as a failure like that is pretty rare.
