Can an e-manage control the Auto Tranny?

Hi everyone:

i want to know if a stand alone computer can control the auto tranny from 1UZ or i have to keep the Tranny ECU and just use the emanage for the engine.

Also what is the best and the more easy use for tune stand alone computer, because in my country there are 2 brands very famous haltech and AEM, but AEM don´t make plug and play for 1uz. So please recommend me a good computer for my drag project.

The A340E does not make a good tranny for a drag car unless you're making no more than 500hp. EMS EMS can control the stock trans. There are also standalone trans computers that will do the job.
